About the Role:
Royal Crown Homes LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Supervisor to lead our residential care team in Burnsville, MN. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents while guiding a team committed to providing exceptional care and support. We have 3 residential sites in Burnsville.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support direct care staff in day-to-day residential operations
- Oversee the health, safety, and well-being of all group home residents
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care and support plans
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Communicate with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and resident records
- Divide direct care and supervisory responsibilities
- Be on an alternating on call rotation
- Reports directly to Exec. Program Manager
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential care, group home, or human services setting required
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of DHS regulations and residential licensing standards in Minnesota
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
